Account Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Provide customer service and sell National Networks’, LLC products and services to Assigned Customers.
  • Attend multi-day Chartec Academy in California, when assigned.
  • Meet company sales quotas for:
  • New National Networks Managed Service Easy Add(s)
  • Profit on labor
  • Profit on hardware & software
  • Attend or conduct Technology Business Reviews with managed accounts as needed.
  • Deliver Ticket reports for each quarter
  • Deliver Detailed LabTech and Rapid Fire Reports
  • Perform Full Network Evaluation for all Managed Service accounts
  • Attend any daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings with Sales Manager and/or CEO
  • Resolve critical issues with any Client relationships

  • Coordinate all aspects of service provided within the Managed service Agreements
  • Quality assurance on tickets performed
  • Client trainings if necessary
  • Monitoring offsite backup usage
  • Participate in ongoing strategy meetings
  • Attend National Networks sponsored industry, charity, educational events or training events
  • Keep up to date on industry related news and technology
  • Conduct Client onboarding meeting as per the Perfect Client Experience
  • Update all activities, time sheets, and Sales processes within ConnectWise
  • Update ConnectWise opportunities and sales funnel daily
  • Develop & maintain relationships with Managed Service Clients and prospects
  • Attend relevant project meetings.
  • Assist in any past due collections needed for Managed Service Clients.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation

  • Ability to perform public speaking and presentations on National Networks Technology products and services.
  • Interpersonal skills, such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
  • Ability to keep up on necessary ongoing industry related training
  • 100% knowledge of ConnectWise software and ability to demonstrate ConnectWise Software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
